Meet Spence
I have a passion for marketing salt-waterfront & view homes and have almost two decades of experience specializing in the Olympia waterfront market. Understanding the nuances of the waterfront market is an art, not a science. I know what waterfront buyers want, the various criteria they use to evaluate prospective purchases, and understand how to coach sellers to present their properties in the most favorable light. As the leading salt waterfront specialist in the South Sound, you can count on my knowledge, experience, and integrity to get the job done!
