Meet Pat
I was born and raised in Spokane Washington. Growing up here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest has truly been a blessing. I am a father to a beautiful daughter who graduated from Clarke University with her Master’s Degree in International Communication. She is currently living and working in Boston MA. My wife previously was in the Property Management field for the past 9 years and has recently joined me in my Real Estate practice. We love to experience the Pacific Northwest with all its beauty and opportunities by camping, hiking and kayaking.
I started my Real Estate Career in 1994. I’ve earned the CRS designation (Certified Real Estate Specialist), GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and received the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) all within the first few years of being licensed. These designations show that I am committed to keeping abreast of Real Estate trends and issues. I have served as President for Realtors. I was elected by my peers as State Director for Thurston County for a three-year term. I was voted sales person of the year for both Thurston County MLS in 2006 and Realtor’s Association in 2009.
I support The Boys and Girls Club, Homes First for Thurston County, Local Food Bank, Salvation Army and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. The connections I make through being involved in these organizations and community service projects have helped me to build lasting relationships in the Real Estate Community.
Some of the best experiences I have had in life are directly related to my almost 30 years as a Realtor. So, let me help you navigate through the process of buying or selling your home and make this time as stress free as possible.
