Meet Nate
Selflessness is the most crucial trait in any great relationship, especially in real estate. As I help individuals with the largest transaction of their life, it’s essential to put their interests above everything else, to have clear communication, and bring relevant experience to the table.
I have been intimately connected to real estate through various avenues. Growing up, I was exposed to real estate through my grandfather purchasing a small marina in Olympia in the 1980s that my immediate family managed, as well as family members making successful long-term careers in the industry. More recently, I have provided professional marketing services to residential and commercial brokerages, and bought my family’s “perfect home” more than once as the needs of our family changed.
My background is vast. I was introduced to “hard work” in my early teens bucking hay and working at a local sawmill in my 2,000-person town. Discipline was taught and refined through sports, leading to a collegiate baseball career. I learned customer service working for the most successful retailer in the world, Apple. I followed my passion for helping people as an EMT in South Seattle, a high school baseball coach in Ballard, and a CPR and First Aid Instructor throughout King and Pierce County. I learned entrepreneurship while building a successful media business from the ground up in Olympia, providing professional photography and video services to companies and individuals for over ten years, eventually growing it to a team of six employees. Still, everything I’ve learned through my experiences can be simplified back to one word; Selflessness.
These experiences and the people I have worked with so far in my career have been the most rewarding experiences of my life, second only to my wife Stephanie and two daughters, EmmyLou and June. I’ve found success through hard work, reliability, and trustworthiness. I am confident I can provide you with a great experience, and I hope you will allow me to guide you through your purchase or sale.
