Meet Dan
Dan is a “local, local, local,” working in Thurston County real estate since 1976. He has been an associate broker, now called a managing broker since the summer of 1979. Dan is the son of a real estate broker. His father’s father was also a broker who started R.A. Swanson Co. Dan has a B.S. in Environmental Health, from the University of Washington. His forty-five years of experience has given him useful skills to navigate buyer’s, seller’s, and changing markets.
Dan’s first sale in 1976 at R.A. Swanson Co. was a small beach cabin over Budd Inlet. He sold it to himself and has lived in it ever since. Living on the water has given him a special appreciation of our waterfront.
Dan has had the privilege of selling all types of real estate. He particularly enjoys selling ramblers and waterfront homes.
