How old are you, River?

Please tell us a little bit about yourself.
My mom saw me when I was 7 weeks old when she was in Nampa ID for a horse show. Apparently she has always wanted a Rhodesian Ridgeback so when she saw me she fell in love. I was also the last pick of the litter because my tail is broken but mom thinks it’s cute. After mom fell in love with me it was another month or so before I was able to move to Washington. We have had so much fun and I get to go EVERYWHERE with her. I’m a really good passenger in the car.
Do you have an area of expertise?
I’m a master at cuddling up and doing ALL of my tricks at once if there is a treat to be had. I’m pretty good at napping. Mom took me to some protection classes so I am VERY observant of my surroundings & watch out for my friends.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love going to work with mom & getting loves from everyone. When it’s nice out I love being on the boat and trying to paddleboard with my mom. The Dog Park & Dog Daycare are pretty fun, I’m quite social. I like to chase other dogs that play fetch but really don’t like to pick up the ball, it’s more fun when others do it for me so I can keep chasing them.
