Meet Maggie
Maggie Merritt was born and raised in small-town Buckley, WA where she graduated from White River High School. She attended college in Los Angeles, CA with a background in design and marketing.
Maggie began her real estate career in 2008 as the site manager of a new construction development. At that time, she was also able to find multiple buyers their dream homes. She specializes in residential properties with experience in bank-owned homes and selling real estate in multiple counties. After taking a break to stay at home to raise her two small sons, Maggie resumed her love of working in Real Estate.
She is passionate about creating lasting relationships with her clients as well as listening and understanding their needs. She prides herself on being an advocate for her clients and working with them for a smooth transaction. Constant communication and attention to detail make this important process stress-free and fun! Maggie has a creative eye and also provides expert staging techniques and advice on how potential buyers will visualize properties. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, cooking, decorating and traveling.
