Meet Karen
I am a native Washingtonian and grew up in the Olympia area. I love this city and all that the great Northwest has to offer! Prior to real estate, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University. I’ve been a Realtor since 1998 and I dedicate myself 110% to my clients.
I truly believe that customer service and satisfaction are of the utmost importance. By knowing the market and understanding my clients’ needs, I strive to make their dreams become a reality. I am an avid lover of animals, nature and sports (GO HAWKS!) and I enjoy reading, hiking, snowshoeing and visiting wineries throughout the Northwest and Canada. My first priority is my family and I have a fantastic husband, Patrick Thier, who’s also a real estate broker, as well as two grown amazing kids: Josh and Alexandra (Ally). I am extremely grateful for this wonderful life. Last but not least, in case you are wondering…no, I’m not named after the county, but it’s an easy last name to remember for your real estate needs!
